Dear
Sir or Madam:
I wanted to email you earlier but
when I came back to Fukuoka on March 11th I went
to the Kyushu University hospital many times so
now I can finally find time to sit down to email
you. I don't have any acute rejection reaction of
my new kidney any more and my condition is stabile.
My immunity system is quite weak because of the
medicine I am taking so I am really trying to live
healthily.
I want to say thank you so much
to all of you at the Medinet Healthcare Center for
your great support and for that you took care of
me so well.
I would also like to thank the Doctors
at Tianjin hospital, the interpreters and hospital
staff for treating me so well.
Most of all I want to thank the
person who donated his/her kidney to me.
It is a strange feeling to have
somebody else's kidney in my body and I need to
do my best to take care of it from now on.
I know you are working hard every
day to help people like you helped me.
Please take care of your own health
as well.
Yours Sincerely,
F.D.
Hi, Medinet Healthcare Center,
(photo)
It's been a long time since I've
been in contact with you.
How are you?
I want to thank you for me having
a very comfortable life these days. My condition
is stable now I like to take care of plants in my
garden so gardening has become my favorite hobby
now. When I was in the Tianjin Hospital, your staffs,
the Doctors, the Interrupter & Nurses were all taking
care of me so well, and my wife was also very well
taken care of. Things like getting a cell phone,
bank procedures and meals as well. As you know my
wife can't speak Chinese so it was so helpful. Now
I'm thinking about our future that we all family
again and that will have great life together. I'm
so glad that I was able to find you. If I would
not have been able to find you, I think I would
not be in this beautiful world any more. I really
appreciate all that you did to help me from the
bottom of my heart.
Y.T.
Hello, (photo)
Actually before my surgery I was
really suspicious about getting my transplant in
China. After visiting the Tianjin hospital, meeting
the doctors, seeing all the modern equipment and
the nice facilities I felt very confident. I have
been trying very hard for over ten years to get
a transplant here in Japan so obviously I am very
happy now.
I just got out of the artificial
dialysis and even though I am taking a lot of medicine
I am living a great and energetic life now.
I want to apologize for being selfish
at times during my hospital stay, and thank you
so much for everything!
M.Y.
My doctor told me that I only have
one year left to live if I don't get a transplant.
At that time I was yellow all over my body and I
looked extremely unhealthy. This made me start to
search like crazy for a way for me to continue my
life.
When I went to Tokyo University
hospital and was put on a list and my name was number
50 on that list. They told me that the only way
to get a transplant within a year was if I got a
donor liver myself. I felt totally devastated. It
was not until I found out about the Medinet Healthcare
Center through the internet that I found a way.
I was very impressed with your experience, while
in your hospital I heard that you are doing up to
seven transplants a day. This convinced me that
it would work for me too. The doctor who took care
of me even spoke Japanese.
Now my husband and I are living
a normal life and are traveling like ever before.
If you have time please come to Japan, I would be
honored to show you around. Thank you so much for
giving me a second chance in life.
S.M.
