1.	Download and fill out a form and email it to us together with the patient's medical records and information in detail.
2 .	OHS would deliver the patient's records and information to the specialist-consultation here to decide an operation or not, based on the patient's condition And in short, OHS would email the patient with a medical suggestion, if the patient's situation fits an operation.
3.	If possible, OHS may send out a consultant to visit the patient and to have a face to face evaluation.
4.	OHS will guide the patient to be admitted to the hospital in Tianjin China. This in-China service starting at the airport here.
5.	Upon request, an assistant/interpreter assigned by OHS would be with the patient in hospital to help arranging and deal with everything necessary.
